We want you to love what you ordered.

Seriously.

If it doesn't fit, isn't what you expected, or just isn't your thing, we'll do our best to make it right.

Our Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, your item should be:

Unworn (trying it on counts—we encourage that!)
Unwashed
In its original condition with tags attached
In its original packaging, if possible

(Return shipping address will be provided once your return is approved.)

Wrong item? Damaged? Something isn't right?

Nobody's perfect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, let us know as soon as possible at merch@joincrowdhealth.com.

We'll make it right.

No hoops.No bureaucracy.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Simple and easy.

A few things we can't accept

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on:

Personalized or custom products
Gift cards
Final sale items

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask—we're happy to help.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

Most banks process refunds within 5–10 business days, although timing can vary depending on your financial institution.

If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, reach out to us at merch@joincrowdhealth.com and we'll look into it.

For our friends in the European Union

If your order was shipped to an EU country, you're entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition.
