When will I get my order?
Each item is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Once your order is on the way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Transit times vary based on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Orders of $100 or more ship free.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Will items in my order ship together?
Not always. Because our products are made to order, items may occasionally be fulfilled or shipped separately. If that happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Returns & Order Issues
What is the return policy?
All CrowdHealth merch is made to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind purchases.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We want to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number along with a clear photo of the issue.
We'll review the problem and help with the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Because every item is made to order, we aren't able to offer size exchanges. Please check the sizing information on the product page before ordering.
